QUALIFICATIONS: Sales of Soccer & Scouting uniforms and equipment are sold to Soccer and Scouting members and their families. Please have your Boy Scout of America (BSA) Council name available at time of order. All orders will be confirmed via email. If you do not immediately receive a confirmation then call Soccer Customer Service at 800-338-2258.

TERMS: All Soccer and Scouting uniform orders (individual and team packages) require payment at time of order or an authorized purchase order from the BSA Council. If you are paying by council purchase order, please fax a copy of the authorized signed purchase order to (260)471-4070 to complete your order. For your convenience, Scout Graphics accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Your credit card account is not charged until your order is ready to ship. Uniform price and availability are limited and subject to change without notice by Scout Graphics.

SIZING: For specific sizing measurements please use our size chart. If you need assistance please contact our customer service department at 800-338-2258. Each uniform package includes: (1) jersey, (1) short, and (1) pair of socks and a soccer ball .

RETURNS: Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is allowed 10 days from receipt of order to make any claim regarding errors, shortages, or defective products. Please check in your order before distribution. Any discrepancies beyond this period may be disallowed and/or subject to a 20% restocking fee. To guarantee proper credit or replacement, all returns must contact Soccer Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be included on the outside of the shipping carton when returning garment. Unless defective, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
BACKORDERS: From time to time, we may run out of a specific inventory item. Unless otherwise specified, the partial order will be shipped and invoiced and the out of stock item will be shipped at a later date. This process called “backordering” will be shipped at regular ground rates. Customers pay for shipping of backorders. Customers may cancel an item on backorder at any time. Backorders not filled within 60 days of order date will be cancelled unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
SHIPPING: Orders will ship within 14 days of order, by DHL, UPS, US Postal Svc, or FedEx ground. Scout Graphics warehouse is centrally located in Indiana, offering normal delivery times of one to four days depending on your location. If delivery time is critical, please contact customer service at 800-338-2258 to determine exactly when your order will arrive. Delivery may be accelerated at additional cost.
